Shipping & Payment
Our online store ships products directly from the international warehouses of our manufacturing partners. This allows us to offer the best prices and a wide range of products.
Delivery Times: Order processing takes 1–3 business days. The average delivery time to Ukraine is 15–25 business days, depending on the region and logistics routes.
Shipping Method: Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. Once the parcel arrives in Ukraine, you will receive an SMS notification with a tracking number (TTN).
Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders.
Payment Methods: We accept online payments by Visa/Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through the secure system.

We ship worldwide from Ukraine. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Ukraine (domestic): 15–25 business days
- Rest of the world: 20–30 business days
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
